Kansas T-LINK Calculator Offers Novel Approach to Transportation
Users create a theoretical transportation program and submit it to the Transportation-Leveraging Investments in Kansas (T-LINK) Task Force for consideration. The task force is charged with examining the state of transportation in Kansas and developing recommendations for a new, strategic approach to future transportation needs.
Participants make assumptions about current/new funding sources, allocate revenues among several modes of transportation, then allocate funding on a variety of transportation modes.
